ASIAN CHICKEN & KALE BOWL

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Sriracha
  • Pinch of Salt

***Throw your Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs/Breasts into a bowl and marinate for 1-24 hours

***Grill for about 8 minutes per side

Salad:

  • Kale
  • Carrots
  • Edamame
  • Red Onion
  • Red Cabbage
  • Cilantro
  • Green Onion
  • 1 - Lemon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Garlic Powder

***Massage Kale in a bowl with the lemon, salt, and garlic powder

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp - Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Shallot
  • 2 tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
