BAKED EGG CUP RECIPE

Have you been looking to change up the way you do breakfast every once in a while?!

Give this Baked Egg Cup recipe a try!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Spinach

Directions:

  • Place your ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • After mixing, pour the equivalent to about one egg into each cupcake baking pan compartment (use cupcake wrappers for easy removal)
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes
  • Let them rest for a few minutes
  • Enjoy!

If you would like to spice it up, add any ingredients you would like to your baked egg cups! Additionally, add a side such as yam hash browns and fresh fruit with nut butter!
