IT IS OKAY...

It is okay...

It is okay to be lost.

It is okay to be tired.

It is okay to feel down.

It is okay to be confused.

It is okay to be frustrated.

It is okay to feel alone.

It is okay.

It is okay because it allows you to feel and experience emotions that provide an opportunity to understand and improve.

Take the time to understand your sadness, anger, exhaustion, etc. so that you can better navigate properly the next time around because there will be a next time.

That is human nature.

That is okay.

However, we cannot let these moments consume us…

We cannot let these moments define us…

We cannot let these moments become our baseline…

Life is hard and it requires us to fight to become better every single day.

Fight to learn.

Fight to improve.

Fight to understand.

The harder you fight for yourself, not against yourself, the stronger you will become.

It is okay to be down…but do not stay down.
