Give this one a try!
- 1 lb - Ground Pork (or Beef)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
***Brown on each side with avocado oil for 6 minutes on medium to high heat
***After browning, turn on low and pour sauce over the meatballs and allow to cook for an additional 8 minutes
- 1/4 cup - Hoisin
- 1/4 cup - Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp - Sriracha
- 3 - Cloves of Garlic
- Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunch of Kale (massage with salt, avocado oil, 1 lemon, and garlic powder)
- Red onion
- Black rice - see packaging for cooking instructions
