Give this one a try!


  • 1 lb - Ground Pork (or Beef)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

***Brown on each side with avocado oil for 6 minutes on medium to high heat  

***After browning, turn on low and pour sauce over the meatballs and allow to cook for an additional 8 minutes 


  • 1/4 cup - Hoisin
  • 1/4 cup - Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Sriracha
  • 3 - Cloves of Garlic
  • Sesame Seeds


  • 1 bunch of Kale (massage with salt, avocado oil, 1 lemon, and garlic powder)
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
