What do I mean?

No matter what you are going through find a moment to smile bigger than you ever have before…even if it is fake and forced.

Show yourself that you can take joy and gratitude from any situation.



Get your body moving.

Get your mind moving.

Take 10 minutes to sweat.

Take a 15-minute walk.

Do five push-ups.

Read two pages of a book.

Whatever it might be, give yourself a chance to improve.

Then build upon that momentum that you have just created.

Soon you will start smiling and moving more each day, each month, each year.

Who knows…you might be the reason that someone else starts to smile and move!
