TO BE THE BEST, SACRIFICE IS REQUIRED

Most people walk through life holding onto their dreams and aspirations, never achieving what they feel in their heart is their ultimate level of success.

Every single person grows up wanting to accomplish one thing or another. If they tell you they don’t have dreams or aspirations, they are lying to you and themselves.

Maybe you want a certain dollar amount in the bank.

Maybe you want a certain lifestyle for your family.

Maybe you want to build a business.

Maybe you want to be a professional athlete.

Maybe you want to just be a better person for yourself and those around you.

It does not have to be a “big” dream or a profound aspiration. For each person, it looks different. HOWEVER, for each person, one thing remains the same...sacrifice.

You can research anyone in the entire world, past or present, that you deem to be successful and have gone after their dreams. Not a single one of those individuals have attained their ultimate level of success without SACRIFICE.

Sacrifice is necessary.

Sacrifice is required.

You cannot skip steps or cut corners when it comes to achieving your dreams. That is why most never even begin chasing them.

A very small percentage of people are truly willing to make the essential, unavoidable sacrifices.

You want to build a business...that means less time going out.

You want to be a professional athlete...that means more time in the gym and studying your craft.

You want to be a better spouse, parent, sibling, friend...that means more effort being present.

Anything you can think of that is worth doing when it comes to accomplishing your dreams takes sacrifice. 

Too often, sacrifice is thought to be negative, a necessary evil.

It’s not.

Sacrifice is the entry fee.

It is also the recurring cost that is ever present when it comes to evolving dreams and aspirations.

Sacrifice is what makes reaching your goals and dreams taste so sweet.

It is like a scar...a reminder of what it took to get to where you are and why it was worth it.

Oftentimes, sacrifice is a price that most people are unwilling to pay.

The question is, are you willing to pay the inevitable price to reach your dreams?
